- Two members per college can participate [Individual participation]
- Topic will be provided on the spot.
- The participants shall be given 1 min to think and 3 min to speak.
- Exceeding time limits shall lead to negative points.
- The participants should ensure that they are alone in their room unaccompanied.
- Video should be on throughout the process.
